Sales and Advice
Information and technical advice regarding water treatment is handled by AQUA-TEKNIK’s sales- and projecting department. AQUA-TEKNIK also has an extensive sale of related water treatment merchandise, such as cleaning and up-keep products, swimming pool covers, water-slides, pool equipment and automatic pool cleaning robots.

Guarantee, Quality and Security
AQUA-TEKNIK places great emphasis on delivering the optimum guarantee and quality to our customers. The guarantee on public projects are usually subject to the regulations in the 5 year long AB-92. This is why AQUA-TEKNIK demands a great deal from suppliers, in terms of product quality as well as service and security of supply.

Service and Installation
AQUA-TEKNIK’s service department manages repairs and carry out the company’s service agreements. The service agreements are individually suited to each customers needs. The installation department specialises in project work. The individual installation worker is, whenever possible, assigned the same project from start to finish. This ensures that the people working on the project know the system and the requirements.

Quality Control
All of the company’s activities are carried out in compliance with a documented quality control system. This has been a customer requirement from consultative engineering companies during a number of years. Besides this, it should be pointed out that the company particularly focuses on the legislation concerning water quality, environmental protection – the legislation for transport, storage and handling of chemicals, and The Danish Working Environment Service specifications in the area of security.
